Reid Robison, MD
Principal investigator's note

I'm Reid. This is the lab.

I'm a psychiatrist and clinical trial investigator in Orem, Utah. I co-founded Inner Space Research with Dr. Steve Thayer, where we run Phase 2 and 3 trials of psychedelic and next-generation CNS medicines; I'm the Medical Director at Center for Change, an eating-disorder treatment center; and I teach as adjunct faculty at the University of Utah, BYU and Utah Valley University.

Before this: neuroscience at BYU, psychiatry residency at the University of Utah, autism genetics, a genomics company, two clinical-research companies, the first esketamine clinic in Utah, and a stint as chief medical officer of a company that ran ketamine and psychedelic clinics across two countries. Along the way I've been an investigator on more than 250 clinical trials, including some of the first modern studies of MDMA, psilocybin and LSD in psychiatry.

This site is my lab notebook turned inside out. The mission is simple: freely offer evidence-based tools and information that help people understand themselves, ease mental and emotional suffering, and learn to thrive. Everything here is free. When the evidence is strong, I'll say so. When it isn't, I'll say that too.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no screener here is a diagnosis. If something feels wrong, that is reason enough to talk with a professional. In crisis, call or text 988.
